2. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through bysorup.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. A Danish version of our policies is also available.
3. Our products
All artwork is sold as made-to-order prints and related products. Items are produced individually for each order by our third-party print-on-demand partner after you place your order; we do not hold stock. Minor variations in colour and finish may occur, as each item is printed individually.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in the currency shown in the shop and include Danish VAT (25%) where applicable. For orders delivered outside the EU, your order may be exempt from Danish VAT but may instead be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country (see section 6).
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. The amount is charged when your order is confirmed. We never store your full card details.
6. Delivery and shipping
We ship worldwide. As all products are made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production, plus delivery time, which varies by destination. You will receive tracking information when available.
Customs and import charges (orders outside the EU): Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged when your order reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s rules before ordering.
7. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Full details and the standard cancellation form are set out in our Right of Withdrawal & Returns policy.
8. Right to complain (defects)
Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have a 2-year right to complain (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for items that are faulty, misprinted or damaged in transit. If your item is defective, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as you notice the defect, ideally within two months, with a photo.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you wish to complain about a purchase, please contact us first at [email protected]. If we cannot reach a solution, you may file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark — naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre Denmark (Forbruger Europa), forbrugereuropa.dk.
11. Governing law
Purchases are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
