All of our products are printed on demand, which means each item is made specifically for you after you order. We ship worldwide through our production partner, Printful.
Production and delivery times
Because every item is made to order, please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for production, plus delivery time, which varies by destination. You will receive tracking information when it is available, so you can follow your order once it ships. If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order may take a little longer while it is restocked.
Where your order ships from
Your order is produced and shipped from the facility in your own region. Orders within the EU ship from within the EU, and orders within the US ship domestically. We do not ship your order from another region, so if your local facility is temporarily out of stock, your order waits for restocking rather than shipping from abroad.
Shipping costs
Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full total before placing your order.
Customs and import charges
Orders within the EU and the US arrive with no import charges to pay, because they are produced and shipped within your own region. Orders to the UK and other destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. Where they apply, these charges are set by the destination country, are not included in your order total, and are paid by the recipient on delivery. If you are ordering from outside the EU or US, please check your country’s rules before ordering.
