What we collect
When you shop with us we process the information you provide: name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number (if given), order details and payment information. When you browse the site we may also process technical data such as IP address and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal basis
- To process and deliver your order and provide customer service — legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping — legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
- To improve the website and, where you consent, statistics and marketing — legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
Recipients and processors
We share data only as necessary to fulfil your order. This includes our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner (Printful), our payment provider and shipping carriers. Our fulfilment partner may process and produce your order outside the EU/EEA; in such cases transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Storage period
We keep order and accounting information for as long as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (currently 5 years from the end of the relevant financial year). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
