Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. For orders of several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to exercise the right
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. Email us at [email protected] with your name, order number and order date. You may use the standard cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.
Returning the goods
After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of giving notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them, so please pack them securely. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not extra costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
If your item is faulty or damaged
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you have a 2-year right to complain (reklamationsret) under Danish law for items that are defective, misprinted or damaged in transit. Contact us with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
